3.0L Euro SC Case Specs

Guys can anyone post the case specs for a euro 3.0L engine, i.e. actual crank bore dimensions. I am off to the machine shop in about 10 hours and need the specs asap......

don't know them by heart, sorry.
You don't have Wayne's book? Or the Bentley manual? (That's your first mistake right there....)

Hope someone posts them in time for you.

Lighten up Daviboy.

Next time, try to get your data in time instead of having to look for it ten hours before your go to the shop... Preparation is half the work....
That way, you don't have to get all worked up if the first guy replying to your post does not know the data by heart.
If I had Wayne's book on me, you would have gotten your data from me.
I even apologized for not knowing them, and this is how you respond???

I also wished you good luck and hoped for someone to post them in time....

One more thing, I don't know how they do it where you live but I'm pretty sure that in large parts of the world people used the word "please" when asking for a favor, instead of demanding them "ASAP"....
How about you learn some manners?

Case closed, you're on my shidtlist.

I agree 100% with your reply and frustration! The old "lack of planning on his part does not mean an emergency on yours". When one posts that they don't have their act together, they need to be a bit more thick-skinned.

I think you did help by suggesting the rebuild book. I've known of some people who never bothered to venture to the back to see there is a lot of technical data. He also got a free bump.

All right ok maybe I was a tad arrogant in my request, however in my defence I do have the book on order however as I stated it has not arrived yet. The reason for the rush is that I have a few people on the forum awaiting replies on whether or not I will buy parts from them. So to try to speed the process I had taken the engine cases to the machine shop to be checked out, as the left case was rather extensively damaged when the valve dropped. At this stage I am waiting on news to tell if the case is repairable or not. Maybe thats where my frustration came in. Apologies if I have offended anyone on this great forum it was not my intention and I dont want to fall out with anyone.

Case closed
