between 10 psi and 1 Bar per 1000 rpm, at operating temperature.

2.7 should probably peg up on 20/50 cold then come down as it warms to the 10 to15#/1000

Don't forget that oil viscosity and bearing clearances play a big role in cold & hot running pressures.
You really want to keep a 2.7 under 210 degree F oil temps for durability as well as power.

Pressure/Temp (Normal) 2.7L= 10~15psi @ 1000rpm (startup= 20~50psi) 210°F
Are the above numbers for a stock 2.7 with a 5 or 11 blade fan? Does the addition more oil cooling to the system (front mounted ...to be determined) change the normal temp/pressure numbers? MorganHarry congrats on the new motor. I am just starting a 2.7 rebuild/rodded motor. (Project kickoff forthcoming). I am starting to gather data...apparently bassakwards b/c at this point starting the motor is way into the horizon
