Opinion on these plugs?

These are from my 3.2 with a fresh top end. I've put a few hundred track miles since the rebuild.

The one on the lower right looks different from the rest.

FWIW, the car has a autothority chip which I've read runs rich.

How do these look?

Todd,

I'd be more than pleased to offer you my opinion, however I really gotta have better pictures than those,...

They need to be very sharp and shot from the top to show the tip and the length of insulator as best as you can.

Normally, plugs are "read" using a strong light and magnifying glass.

Fuzzy Pics, but if I am reading the color right they look light brown, a little too light, and the one on the bottom right looks white. Those do not look like they have been run rich, and the odd one out on the lower right could be indicitive of a lean condition in that cylinder.

Todd, You might think of doing the Witchunters on the injectors, then look a set of 3.6 injectors to compare, you would rather be rich at high RPM then lean.

I appreciate the input...I realize this is not exactly ideal.

All the plugs look like the one on the left...except for the one on the right...which makes me think there is something wrong in that cylinder.

Bruce-I will send the injectors out, along with running through all the normal 3.2 checks.

The one on the right is running much hotter than the rest. The ceramic like coating is very telling.

What number cylinder is it from?

I'm not sure it's worth tearing down the engine again because one plug looks different to the rest.
A few hundred track miles may not be enough to know if anything is wrong.

I would jam them back in and see what happens.

An accurate check would require a new set of plugs, a wide open run, and shutting down the ignition at the end. Also what fuel and octane are you running. Have these plugs been in since the rebuild, or have you changed them since breaking it in?
