split case

So I resplit the case as I forgot to install the nose bearing o ring. Do I need to get a new flywheel seal and pully seal too? I used the curel t sealant and it looks to almost damage the rubber seal outer surface to make it tight.
Thanks

Look at "The complete engine sealant thread" here to see what and where to apply the different sealants. I believe most "in-the-know" folks recommend putting in the front and rear seals dry. I don't see why you couldn't re-use the seals you have if they are not damaged.

If it's damaged then I'd replace. What seal do you have? Is it the red one marked silicone? I believe the brown seal is better.
