3.0l head torque specs?

Does anyone have the torque specs for 3.0L heads handy?

Bruce,

Would you recommend incremental torquing? Tighten in sequence 15, then 20 then finish at 25 ft #?

I torque wrist tight with a 3/8 ratchet, then 25# with the torque wrench. Let it sit for an hour and retorque. The biggest thing is having every thing lubed so it pulls smooth.
Like the picture, I start in the middle head and reverse 3 and 4 in the picture so I go to the furthest away bolt in the head.
