Rocker Seal Installation procedure

Yes, I have done my search but I have not found a step by set guide on performing the installation.
Thanks
Going to check my books now...

All I ever did was use a miniture screwdriver, slip the seal on to the shaft and slip the small screwdriver under the seal and rotate the s driver around the shaft until the seal drops into the groove.

Is it possible to do #1 and #4 on the top while the chain housings are in place?

You just have to push it out the other way, thats why the 5mm hex is to the inside of the cam carrier.

Thanks.
So for the other ones, I have been tapping them through to the 8mm side. Does it matter which way they come out and go back in?
I have been keeping it teh same, so when I would pull it out on the 8mm side, I would put it back in though that side.
