cylinder to crankcase gasket set- what size?

My engine assembly gasket set I bought last year includes 6 copper cylinder to crankcase gaskets. My micrometer measures .35mm but the Pelican Parts website says only .25mm and .50mm are available. Can my measurements be correct on my present gaskets? I am prepared to start assembling the cylinders and pistons and measure deck height but a little confused by my present needs for the gaskets.

The .25 actually measures at about .15mm.
