3.0 Rebuild

Rebuilding a 3.0 Looking for some helpful Info. The Proposed rebuild is as follows
Changing crank to 76mm stroke
New Rods to support longer throw and compression
JE pistons
S Cams
PMO Carbs
78/79 Heads with 39mm intake and 35mm exhaust
Cylinders 3.0
Worried about added Compression ratio and Oil flow any help would be appreciated in the proposed engine setup, Good Idea, Neutral, or Bad Idea
