			We no longer dyno engines. We leave the tuning to the owner of the vehicle. 
		
	
		
	
			
			
		
		
		
		
		
			We count on the owners to select a tuner with the expertise they require. These engines generally produce about 275 hp. The SSI and mufflers offer a bit of a tuning challenge. With a proper size header these engines will produce close to 300hp on street gas.

			The Carrera pump with the Supertec flow modification is more than adequate for the intended use of this engine (street performance). 
		
	
		
	
			
			
		
		
		
		
		
			We strive to build an engine that is appropriate for the customer so although the larger pumps as well as things like Carillo or titanium rods are included on the option sheet, we advised against over the top options.

			I guess I will come out of the shadows - that is my engine that Henry just finished. It's currently crossing the country (don't anyone think of ambushing the stage coach!) 			Out came the 2.7 (webers, RS P&Cs, S cams, ported) ![]() While it was out I repainted the engine bay and am generally redoing the plumbing and electrical. Here is the car that will house Henry's creation - at least for a while ![]() ![]() ![]() I still have quite a bit to do but really need the engine in front of me to plan the rest out - lucky for me there's still 4-5 months of winter left.
