Well right now( might change) my plan is to take 90 mm nikasil good condition or reconditioned cylinders and get JEs made to fit- not sure about 10.5/1 but probably pretty close. With all the case machining to make it 'done right'.

Did you check with Andial? They might have a set.

Are you in class limit where you need to be below 2500CC? If so, you need the 89mm.
If its not rule limited then you can use the 90mm 2.7 bore cylinders and get matching pistons of your favorite flavor (compression and cam clearance). I am building one as well. I am using the 90mm Nikasil cyilnders with JE pistons. This will be more a street motor compared to full race.

I think you're allowed a 1mm overbore so you would use 90mm from 2.7 as a next good option, with high compression pistons. But if not, get Nickies 89mm cylinders/pistons, or destroke your crank to 65.4mm (custom rods or grind to 2" journal and use Pauter rods) with 90mm cylinders/pistons...

I am satisfied with Don at EBS in Reno - he helped us with a 964 cylinder recondition
and JE 102MM 12.5CR pistons. Good service and products. Regards,

120 HP/Liter is all I ask

Mahle does the 89 mm pistons/cylinders in batches from time to time. As already recommended, I would check with Andial on if they know when next batch is being done before going to a custom set up.
