Also consider Elgin Camshafts. They are also great people to work with.

When I eventually do my build I will probably also go with Web. But what do you guys think of Jerry Woods, GE cams? They seem to be popular from what I have seen here.

Super lobes!
Dimetri Elgin has forgotten more than most know. He has the 'correct' masters for porsches. Did you know the RSR cam requires 4 masters, not two? There is actually a difference between left and right banks. Man knows his business. Elgin was JDs mentor. t

GE 60 from Jerry Woods are great cams for a 3.0... Jerry and associates are the ones who came up with this profile to begin with. Very respected outfit.

Cam lobes are very hard, so they are ground to shape. The lobe shape was machined onto a 'master'. The grinding machine then follows the master to make the cam shaft. CNC has invaded this process like every other metal working so 'masters' arent truly required anymore.
Hit YouTube, there are videos. Impressive to say the least. Anyways, most believe you can just flip an intake/exhaust pair to do the other bank. That is not correct. t
