Costs.......

Don't know about some of the SuperTec stuff, but I am about to rebuild a 3.0 SC engine into a 3.3SS and have spent about $10k on parts (so far). I have a nice set of ported Carrera twin plug heads, 100mm LN liners, 100mm Mahle 10.1:1 pistons, a set of reconditioned and balanced connecting rods, gasket kits, hardware kits, Electromotive direct fire ignition, plug wires, a pair of 964 cams, etc, etc, etc. That cost is not including intake and exhaust or other misc bits and pieces. Doing the labor myself, I fully expect to have somewhere around $12k invested when done. I would expect your list to be quite a bit more than the $12k for my engine!

Its the MFI gear on that spec that will be $$. Probably $2500 for the pump alone and they are hard to come by just plain used. I'm sure Supertec would be happy to quote you the engine as well as the parts. My guess is $25k or there abouts...

98MM QSC CYL - why not bore and nikasil plate a set of Carrera 95mm cyls (cheap used bits) $1500 retail from Millenium? Millennium Technologies LLC: Cylinder Plating and Repair Services, Head Repair, Head Porting and Big Bore Kits

JE 10.3 TO 1 PISTIONS currently $1050 retail for off the shelf 10.5 pistons

911SC CRANK WITH KNIFE EDGED FLYWEIGHTS 70.4 MM SC crank is typically $800 used and around $350 to knife a crank and I suspect Henry would suggest you cross drill it ($150 or so plus grooving bearing- or groove crank)

LIGHTENED 911SC RODS WITH ARP used rods are plentiful. Can get a set all day for $100. Rod rebuilding typ $25 ea. plus $30 ea. to lighten plus $50/set to balance. ARP bolts $275 Total $760. Might want to consider offset-boring them ($250/set) for Carrera 3.2L pistons & pins and take advantage of lighter Carrera style pistons.

ALL ROTATING PARTS BALANCED(+/-.5 GRAMS) $200 for everything (rods, crank, crank pulley, pistons, flywheel, clutch).

SUPERTEC HEADSTUDS $637 is the current going rate in Pelican's catalog

911SC HEADS (PORTED.\,TWIN PLUGAND INJECTOR PORT MATCHED)
41MM INTAKE PORTS
39MM EXHAUST PORTS $700/set for porting, $325 valve job, $350 twin plug

SUPERTEC MFI FUEL PUMP no idea

SUPERTEC POLLYNID FUEL LINES New Porsche Products

SUPERTECMAG STACKS 52MM TOP/41.5 MM BOTTOM no idea
SUPERTEC 41.5 MM THROTTLE HOUSING no idea

SUPERTEC VALVE SPRINGS $500?

DC62 CAMS $800

TAYLOR WIRES around $300 for wires and wire ends

BURNS BROS ALUMINUM SUMP PLATE $90

SUPERTEC GEN II TWIN PLUG DISTRIBUTOR around $2K for distributor, wires, cap and rotor. Note you also need the MSD units to fire the ignition.

1 5/8 HEADERS $850 from GT-racing with extensions for sport muffer https://www.gt-racing.com/products-page/european-racing-headers/

SPORT MUFFLER all depends on what kinda muffler you are talking about. M&K? Dansk? Monty? All sorts of brands. None cheap!

Took the machining pricing info from Ollies in AZ website

http://www.olliesmachine.com/uploads/Ollie_s_Price_List.pdf

I guesstimate around $12K for the above and there's some stuff i'm missing.

That build sheet looks like the engine in Shawn Patricks old Viper Green 73 911. It was for sale on Ebay recently.
$30K plus, I have one just like it. I don't think Supertec uses QSC cylinders anymore because of quality issues..

Those are the same engine specs of the RSR replica that was in Excellence last year also built by Supertec.

Yes, I got those specs from the green '73 RS rep. It looks like a quality car and I was trying to justify the price. It ls apparently sold so it doesn't matter now. Any idea what the H.P. and torque would be on such a build?
I appreciate everyones replies.

Lots of Supertec parts, why don't you just ask Henry?
