Changing engine baffles without removing oil return tubes?

Hi - is it possible to change the engine baffles without removing the heads, oil return tubes etc? I suspect the answer is no, but there are so many magicians on this forum I thought I would ask the question.

I have been able to remove one outer baffle without difficulty. However I have no intention of doing intrusive work on the engine (3.2). Just want to change the baffles for cosmetics.
