through case bolt questions

hi, i just assembled my frist 3.0 case last week for my 77 930. when a tighten the case bolts about 4 or 5 of them felt like thay stretched before they clicked on the wrench. should i have used new case bolts ? also dose oil flow threw all 11 bolts? looked at oil diagram and it look like just top 6 in a row carryed oil maybe???? thanks in advance for any help . john

How many lbs did you give them on the wrench?

i sent the wrench between 25 and 26 ftlbs. with a deep socket.
