Weber 40 leaks after rebuild - reuse new gaskets?

Hi all

I spent memorial day weekend rebuilding the carbs. Installed them yesterday and notice some gas leaking on the outside of each carb and if I spray brake clean at the gaskets it affects the idle

are the gaskets that come in the rebuild kits one use only? Im assuming they are and I have to purchase another set of rebuild kits.

also, the gasket I bought that goes between the carbs and the engine block doesnt seem right but its listed as the correct one, it just doesnt follow the contour of the engine block

Thanks in advance....

the fuel leaks from the pass side carb, center venturi, back side where the 'top plate' mates to the body of the carb

the 'vacuum leak' comes from the drivers side carb, the carb pedestal on cylinder 1. I'll grab pics tonight

A little blue hylomar smeared on the gaskets will probably seal them and I've reused carburator and intake manifold gaskets successfully in the past with a thin smear of hylomar on them. It never hardens and gasoline has no effect on it.
It's usually made in the UK and can be hard to find but I've found it in the USA on ebay. It might take some searches. It handles high temperatures too.
