are these 930 piston usable?

Hi guys rebuilding an engine and here are what 2 piston look like.can I still use them if I deburr theme?
My original Pistons are (++) the spare ones I have are (--)
2-Is the only difference weight?
3-If I remove a little material from the ++ and match to the -- should I be ok?

As long as none of that metal protrudes out from the circumference of the piston, file it off and use it. Looks like someone was a little careless handling those pistons.
