Cam and Head ID Help Needed

I am tearing down my 2.2 that came in a car that I got a few years back to put some new seals in it and I am interested in the parts that were used in it as it was built for a lightweight autocross car.

So, I pulled the right cam out to reseal the cam housing and the cam numbers are 901.5110.1R the end of the cam has an S and a single dot.

The heads are part number 911.104.307.0R and are dated 6-70

I am told it has 10.1 compression but I don't know how to verify that as I am not pulling it down that far.

Anything else I should look at to get a better understanding of what I have?

If you can, just post some pictures
I sure someone will be able to identify the parts you have.

Pictures of Cam

I decided to pull a head to take a look at the pistons so I have also attached a picture of the piston. Maybe someone can give me an idea of the compression ratio based on the picture.

Those are 2.2 S Pistons as I recall visually
There is a casting number inside piston. It ll be 84 a letter and 2 numbers. Will tell you exactly. S is 84P84
That's an S cam with the S on the nose.
The K number will tell you exactly the head you have.

So, basically I have a 2.2 S spec engine?

The engine is a 911/51

What is the compression ratio of a 2.2 S?

9.8. Now if you install a 2.4 crank and trim the skirt of the piston you can have 10.3

That's what I was told was done, a 2.2 stroked to a 2.4

Guess I should have mentioned that
