Please help Identify cams

I just bought this old wrecked 1970 911S race car, with not a S part on it I can find,
It came with a couple of falling apart box's that has/had the engine.
I know these parts do not go together, cam towers are not for MFI, cam box's are not center lube.
The PO had the car since 1986 and never had it running or the Po before him.
What are these cams from are for?
They are center lube, but have a MFI fuel pump drive?
I get 3.0 RSR when I google 911 105 103 00 #
and nothing for the 901 105 104 02 #

Looks like they might be custom made with the oil holes?
One cam is 3 bearing and the other is 4 bearing.
You may want to have the lobed specs checked to see what they are.

Still valuable cams even individually. Unless custom ground by specialist these are pretty rare.

Thanks guys!
Cam profile does not match each other so I think they are uncut cams.
What a mish mash part set that was sold as a engine to the PO!

And for the good of the community, sell or lend John that right cam.
