Pelican who does head work?

Hi. I'm trying to contact the Pelican who's been recommended to rebuild heads. His user name is something like Gcarr but I can't find him through search. Would someone please pass my info along to him? Thanks folks.

Steve

xtreme in florida also does CnC head work. they also manufacture the heads for the singer engines. He did the heads for my turbo. cnc machined them twin plugged them, replaced the guides and valves, cut them for flame rings. Inconel exhaust large diameter valves with small diameter stems. stainless large diameter intakes with small diameter stems.

Anyone got current contact info for him? I tried an old email address which I think is now defunct. Also tried phone (could be old?) and PM to no avail. PM me if you've got his current number.. Got some bushings questions for him. Thank you!

There's tons of places who do cylinder heads, but they cannot touch Craig's pricing, turn-around, nor customer service.

Did not know they do the Singer heads, out of a bare cast??, can you confirm?, to manufacture them is one thing, then to modify the oem ones is another.

Yes he machines them from bare castings. The alloy he uses is the same alloy as the 993 turbo head, which is a little different than the rr350 alloy used on my 930 heads. He had a big stack of them in his shop when I was there that were for singer.

here are my heads the injector notch was welded up. Larger valves with 8 mm stems, cnc machined porting, twin plugged, flame ringed, Inconel exhaust valves, and if you notice the valves are very thin at the base which allows more flow.
