We make these.

They are 2-piece.

The top cap has a tapered section to lock the 'bung' in place and an anti-rotation feature and the lower section sits in the hole vacated by the dizzy.

We make them with either 27mm or 30mm diameter

Where can I purchase one of these? I have family in the UK if that would make shipping easier.

Am I correct in assuming I need the larger size for a 930 engine?

If the deal with Chris falls through, you can get the entire crank trigger/pulley, dizzy plug, and VR mount for $190 from here:

We are just finishing our Pulleys in either 116mm dia or 126mm.

The trigger wheels are being CNC machined as we have tried laser cut parts and don't think they are very good.

We have still to draw the crank trigger bracket and clamp for a cylinder head temperature sensor.

30mm freeze plug works great.
Nissan VG 30 engine uses them.
