Help identifying engine, where to look for numbers?
I have been cleaning up my late dads storage and found this engine the other day. Quick glance I didn’t see any numbers stamped, so not sure where to look.
Any insight on what year/model it is. |

so, what gives it away as a 911 engine is the oil pressure switch partly covered.the 914/6 has an oil press sending unit in its place. So it is a 911 ..which one, to be continued
