What to use to cover this hole

The preheat hose runs through here but I don't use it presently and would like to cover it with something. I was thinking of a rubber grommet but I don't know if they even make one that large. Want to use something that I can paint if necessary and still look unobtrusive.

Here is what I did: For cars with the air pump, you can find the stock rubber grommet that goes in the tin hole, it looks to be a similar size. I then used an off the shelf drain plug from home depot, painted it satin, and tightened it up from below. Keeps the dust out.

This is before I cleaned up the area and powedercoated the rear tin satin.
