all the 16" wheels are hubcentric, not sure about the 15s but I can't recall seeing any non hubcentric ones but them I don't see wheels from the '64-66 either
The hubs themselves came in several versions
the .03 version introduced in 1967 is certainly hubcentric, and i'm pretty sure that v2 of the earlier .02 hub is also hubcentric
