Article was very interesting but not applicable to my digital gauges in my 1998 Bmw m3. As I understand it, the speedo works off of a speed signal from the vehicle speed sensor on the diff. The speedo works fine. What doesn't work are cruise and speed functions on the obc. Since the speedo works, the VSS works but the VSS signal is not getting to cruise or obc.
Does ANYone know which wire(s) going to obc are speed signal???
