It's a fair amount of work to take everything out. You have to replace or repair the trunk floor, of course, but you also have to replace or repair the right-front engine tin, possibly patch the engine shelf, pull the lines, and so on. If you want to remove all of the system, you'll need to drop the engine and take the fan off so you can replace the AC pulley with the regular spacer that goes behind the fan.
If you have a center console, you'll need to find one that is not cut down to fit the vents/condensor/all the other stuff that hangs under the dash.
