Alexm -- How bad is your rubbing -- a lot of us with non-wide body 911s that run 16x7 fuchs up front end up with minor rubbing (the tire pulls out the inner fender lip when it makes contact with the lip, but not fender itself) -- rolling the inner fender lip in on the offending side solved this issue for me and left no visible evidence. Others have shaved the inner fender lip off to achieve the same effect. If you're not distorting the fender itself, a combination of fender rolling and negative camber could get you there
