I really wanted to protect the NLA BOSCH H4 lenses so I looked at the competitor's ( starting with an "A") site they no longer offer the lens guards :-(
So I searched and found a product from Xpel here in the States. They had kits for the Sugar Scoops but sadly not the European version H4's or H1's. I guess I could use the H5's but I think those have location stubs which would look like poop.
So I order the universal cut to fit
19" by 8" Cut-To-Fit Lamp Protection Kit (two pieces) - XPEL
Measured and cut a slight oval 7,15/16" x 7, 5/8" using a high quality bone cutting scissors, steady hand later:
You need a heat gun at low to form the contours, kit includes instructions, squeegee.
I have to say $50 for two and peace of mind is not bad at all
Now I can go visit Moms 600 mile round trip without worries
