Swapping an E34 auto to a 5 speed manual
Is it feasable to swap an automatic transmission to a manual in a 1991 E34 525? Aside from the obvious adding of a clutch pedal and removal of the transmission cooler, would it effect the electronics?

Brian, I'm considering swaping out an 535i auto trans for a manual for as you have done. Do you have any tips or links that you could provide that might be helpful in obtaining needed parts and procedures.
