tuning problem...please help

hi everyone....i was wondering if anyone can help me...i just recently bought a 99 540I6 and it has a cold air intake in it....so i went on the high way and launched it....i went up to 135-140mph...i then was wondering " was the car chip upgraded?"....because i did some research.....and the gov. rev limiter ..limited the car at 128....also i have a problem with my angel eyes its xenon angel eyes...and their self leveler is broken can any1 get me the part number for it...i had got the origanal non angel eye self leveler part # from "www.bmwtips.com"...and theyre not the same. thanks alot
