Radiator cracking up! What all to replace?

My 2002 E39 525 radiator is starting to develop cracks.

Since I'll be dropping in a new radiator, can I please get suggestions on what else to replace 'while we're in there'?

radiator
hoses
thermostat
water pump
fan & fan clutch?
temp sensor
...
etc?

thanks! Monica

radiator replacement

I just replaced mine, a 2002 E-39 525t. Check out the belts and go ahead and replace both tensioner pulleys and the one idler pulley. They are only good for 2 to 3 years. Unfortunately you cannot just buy the pulleys, you have to buy the tensioner assemblies at about $45 each.
