ABS Error Codes

I have a 1998 528i. The ABS light and traction control light are off when I first start but comes on after a few stops and I can feel the ABS activating. I ran Carsoft 6.5 and got error codes:
64 Continuous control thanks to undefined signal interference
40 Gas Valve: Potentiometer faulty
57 Gas Valve signal from DME wrong

I assume this is referring to the throttle position sensor. Is that correct?

I checked the TPS from the Bentley manual and measured 4.9 volts, 4198 ohm, 1395-4100 ohm where the manual says 5.0 volts, 4000 ohms, 1000-4000ohm continuous.
Is this enough of a difference to cause the error code and replace the TPS. It seems like a small difference?

ABS Error Codes

In response to my own post, I believe the gas valve the error codes are referring to is the TPS on the secondary throttle.
