??How does the rear shade operate??

1989 750il.... Where is the switch or how does the rear sun shade operate?? I have searched this forum, the owners manual and the car trying to find it..

The switch on my car is on the center console at the back between the arm rests so that it can be reached by the front seat or rear seat passengers. The switch has a picture of a window with lines accross it and a window w/o lines. On newer cars the switch is below and to the left of the radio. The rear shade has a small motor under the rear parcel shelf that operates the scissor arms that raises the shade.
