After replacing battery, car won't start

Hi,

Hadn't started 1998 e38 740series for several months. Battery was dead. Replaced the battery. Turn the key in ignition, panel comes on, lights work, but the engine won't turn over. I don't even hear a clicking noise, nothing. Does anyone have any ideas. Car was working fine until battery went dead.

Thanks,

Pat

Check your fuses. German cars don't like to sit

Starter may be stuck??? Also may be hydro-locked...may want to remove spark plugs & spin thru by hand
