Question where/how to work with BMW on defect

Hi Bimmer fans,
I'm from the 911 bbs but had a BMW 2002 new in 1971 so I have a life time pass to post here ;-)

My sister has a 2005 Z4 and it was just in the shop for something like 20 days to get a harness replaced.

To make a long story short... they found that the 18 pin connector to the air bag control module was completely corroded, or what looks like corroded.

Are there people on this site that can assist with pressuring BMW to buy the lease back? Is there another place on the Pelican BMW site to post this type of message?

I have pictures of the connector and lots of other info. Lawyers are involved but not officially yet as they haven't contacted BMW or the dealer.

Thanks for any assistance.
