System Case Mounting Brackets
I tried to order some system case mounting bracket from the local dealer. The dealer ordered part number 71607682331 and it did not contain the left and right case holder. They then said that I need to order the the case holders separate using the following part numbers 46542328606 and 46542328605. I checked the BMW accessory catolog and the part number in the catolog is discontinued (according to the dealer )(71602337459). Does anyone have a part number that has everything in the kit or is it ordered separately? Also what is an average price for the set?

BMW stopped selling it as one kit, now you will need to order piece by piece. I was lucky my dealer had an kit in stock from before. call around to a few dealers, you might be able to still find the kit from a dealer that might have stocked up on them.
I don't remember how much the kit was but i can see if I still have the bill for it. I'll look in the morning. Mike

I paid $204.39 ...... one Lh bracket, one Rh Bracket and a hardware kit that had the lower brackets and all the bolts. The parts guy had to do some searching to get all the items that used to come in the kit.

I can't find the bill but I have the box that it came in,
The part # of the kit was 71 60 2 337 459. I remember paying about $130 for it. Mike

That KIT is no longer available.... according to my dealer...He told me 130.... then called me back with the bad news
