Keith Codes - A Twist of the Wrist

Hi folks,

Has anybody got a copy of this DVD? Is it any good and worth buying.

I want to improve my riding/cornering but alas there are no schools etc in Cyprus.

My problem is confidence and to much comfort braking prior to the corners. I know some of it is down to my tyres on the way out and that feeling of skiding on sand when I tip it into the corners.

Can anybody recommend this product.

I have Keith's books and tape but not the DVD versions. After 2 2-day camps and 1 one day, and listening to Keith and his instructors, I find that the books are even more helpful. Perhaps the DVDs bridge the gap between the books and what you get in person.

I do know that when you listen to Keith and then go out on the track and try it, all of a sudden it makes sense and makes you a much, much better rider. Your confidence will increase dramatically. Given the price of the DVDs vs. the cost to you of getting to one of his schools, I'd say go with the DVD. But I also think there is NO substitute for one of his schools.

Like Ron, I found the books and tapes to be very good, as was his class in person. Can't speak for the DVDs, but if the class weren't an option, then I'd certainly try them.

Haven't seen the DVD, but learned a lot from the book. Let us know what you think of the DVD if you get it.

Wasn't too impressed with the DVD. I look for a used one on ebay or something. Not worth the full retail IMHO.

English old bean Living on the Greek Cypriot side at Akrotiri near Limassol. Been here 2 years and have another 2 years to go. Some of the roads are fantastic and as my old mate says "Everydays a track day in Cyprus"

Only problem is it gets to hot for leathers

But he 350 riding days a year, 20ft wide roads with brand new tarmac and sweeping bends who's complaining.

Will look on ebay for a copy of the video/DVD
