Hi Jeff

Not yet!!!,but i'm sure i'll have found something from San Jose!!!!

You need to pick your times better!!!!,race season or even the NEC bike show in november,at that time of year the best thing you can bring with you is sunshine!!!!!

Chris

Jeff Williams 09-01-2005 06:42 AM

Lloyd,
maybe Santa could bring some lubricant to help with the post insertion process.;).
And while he is bringing stuff how about some spicy stuff to warm the holiday.:)

Chris,
thats ok i think I'ld have more fun rummaging around in Johns race shop.
But it doesn't mean we cann't have a little road trip to the local pub or should I bring the tequilahttp://www.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/puke.gif http://www.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/nono.gif

Well its been a long long time since i posted here.
Jeff
I,m sure we can find a ye olde english tavern to get pissed in.
Shame you couldnt make it a bit earlier,as i know a couple of the birds who drape themselves over the bikes at the NEC bike show.Very friendly they are too!
As you already know i chucked my bike down the road 6 weeks ago.Result being a broken ankle and bruised hand. Not as bruised as your bum was thats for sure!Had my cast off last week,so i can get my bike boots back on very soon.Lloyd and chris have been looking after me very well. Not too much piss taking!Amazing how much damage can be done to a S when it high side and goes arse over tip down the road. The cyclist i hit/tried to avoid came of a lot better than i did.The bike will live again, though not resembling a S except in engine configuration.Been reading and follwing your posts with vigour.Very amusing, though some people take life far too seriously.Oh well different folks for different strokes i suppose. ;)
Hope all is well and good
Looking forward to seein ya again this crimbo.
all the best
gus
Will get together with the lads to order our crimbo pressies.

Give me a proper Irishman to put the proper twist on the cats tale.:)
BUT come to think of it the best is calling Dell computer support and listening to an Indian,(dot not feathers), speak in a southern,(american), drawl with a 2nd language english accent, good stuff.

GUS 09-02-2005 12:57 AM

Jeff
Get em all the time here.Due to cheap labour and running costs most call centres, sales and help lines are based in india.
"Good day my old fruity,i be calling to offer you a vundervul chance ov lowering your vone bill.My name is steven and vrom my vindow i can see big ben, harrods and tower bridge.Loveley veather for ducks dont you tink?"etc etc.

Gus,
so what does the 'Gus Bike' look like.
Are you going for the Retro 70's look or are you going way back to the Pre-Retro look as shown below:p
