Track day at Calabogie, ON, June 2, 2008

Hey Folks,

This is an event I'm helping to promote locally and could be the best track day of the season because right now registration is tantilizingly low. Often the track days at Calabogie have anywhere from 20-30 riders on track per group. This would likely have a maximum of 20-30 for all groups.

The rules are different from regular trackdays (i.e. leathers requirement is waived) as the organizers want to attract a different crowd but it runs the same as any track day.

What makes this track day different…? This is an Executive Track Day aimed primarily at riders with sport-touring motorcycles* and more mature riders who may be intimidated by a regular track day full of racers. The primary goal of our Track Day is for you to have FUN in a Non-Competitive environment. We do not allow RACING. We have strict passing rules. Timing of laps and stunts of any kind are forbidden. Besides having the time of your life, you'll improve your braking and cornering skills, which will make you a better and safer street rider.

COST:

The cost for the Track Day is $225
Remember, space is limited and is on a first-come, first served basis.
There will be ABSOLUTELY no on-site, same-day registration.

Planning on doing Mid Ohio that day, but will probably do the 'Bogie again on July 14th and 15th with Team Pro Motion.
