Australian R1100S'
Keiran,
I've been watching for several year's versions of the R1100S' and it does seem that several are already difficult to sell, many now since late 2008 through to March 2009. This may be for the obvious economic reasons, unless owners can hold on to them for longer, but some dealers will accept older trades to new model buyers but they are also selling their trades at lower prices. As you said, the popular models are still both the 2003 and 2005 Boxer Cup Replikas, as well on the 2001 black cases models and the 2005 last twin-plug, also black engines. I just don't think that these and other models will not reach the recent prices that were expected in recent lists. As each bike still has their own preferences, many R1100S' will still be enjoyed for many years. particularly for those owners who are patient, but some would not prefer to wait for the rest of this year before selling at the best price thay can get. I will be watching and looking for one that I can could prefer and also pay for one, but we will see for a few more months. Cheers, Gary. |
