Corser starts 6th, xaus 7th. in 2nd row. Much better than the usual 5th or 6th row starting grid. tjs

WOOOO HOOOO!! Now let's cross our fingers that they finish better than they start. Is it too much to wish for a podium???

Imola: Engine change!

In fact, at the recent test at Imola, BMW changed the engines on the S1000RR race bikes to version 2.0.
Troy and Ruben said they felt the difference imediately. It became easier to control and they could push it harder.
(info from BMW motorrad motorsport.)

Looking foward to it in 3 hours time. MotoGP is on too so I'll have to have my game face on for the control of the remote control.

C'mon boys!

Yeah , WSBK starts at 1930 local on Fox2 , MotoGP at 2100 Local on Fox1 and Formula One on OneHD at 2130 Local , its a night of motorsport mayhem at my house .

Nasty accident in F1 qualifying with Ferraris Felipe Massa , being knocked semi conscious by a spring falling from Barrchellos Brawn and then running head on into a barrier . Serious but stable after "life saving " surgery .

Anyway WSBK is on first . I can't wait.
