George, I updated my post above with a bunch of additional info, including the rear wheel torque. Yep, 60NM it is.

World class company... whereas, in other regards, Burma and Liberia seem further ahead...

Being that I grew up with the metric system, my only guess is that it is far to easy to use and that would not make sense to any kind of governmental body here in the US... as it clearly shows with all other forms of government... why easy when you can have it complicated?
