Question Cycle Trader magazine no longer published?

I haven't bought a cycle trader magazine in several years but the couple places I've tried say that the auto trader family of magazines are no longer published. Anyone know if this is true? Maybe it's just true here in Arizona? I know the online site is much more useful but I kind of like a hard-copy once in a while.

I bought a Cycle Trader 6 months ago when I was looking for a bike for my wife. It was about 20 pages - 6 were ads, 8 were Harleys, 3 were sand rails - buggies - trailers, and 3 were bikes I wasn't remotely interested in.

The online one seems to be still kickin' last time I checked.

I called Cycle Trader today and, while it took some time to find a person that knew something, they said that the magazine is no longer in southern Arizona. It is still sent to Phoenix. While I know all about the online-site, it was still nice to have a hard-copy - it makes a great bathroom read. Oh well.

I'm always amazed at how many Harleys are for sale - most with low mileage. Why anyone would buy a new one is beyond me . . .

Most Harley owners are too easy to beat up on, so I won't.

i worked on a project with the company that does all those trader magazines. it was one of those places you walked out of, wondering how they could run successfully with such a disorganized business. took them three weeks to discover the project they hired me for had already been done months ago and was just sitting there waiting to be used.
Yeah. When I called Cycle Trader it took me a while to find someone who new anything - even then I'm not sure that person knew what she was talking about.

Hey now... I love my Harley... it's fun to chase sportbikes on that thing... just ask Sergio!

Most hard-core HD owners feel that the Sportster is a girl's bike. Never mind that the Sportster will run circles around those Big Twins. And yours is one of the lightweight Sportsters - they gained almost 100 pounds in 2004 with the rubber mounting of the engine.

Yeah, Well... I am a girlie-man, according to Aanold... perfect fit then

The sporty (especially the 12S) is a fun bike, despite it's heavy build... goes well and has decent (for HD standards) brakes to boot... I have yet to see a big twin (other than the FXDX, it's bigger sibbling) that can keep up...

I love the "lightweight" tag you put on it... that is funny! Rubber mounting took the character away... I like the surprise of finding out what fell off after every ride...

The Sportster is the oldest, continuously produced, motorcycle model. !957-2010. 53 years.

I think the Sportster is a beautiful bike, the motor is a classic.
