Just read a story that tornado alley is getting larger and more violent over the years. I'm sure it has nothing to do with global warming trends...

Anybody else feel that the sun's direct rays seem a lot hotter these days? Even on a cold day if you are in the sun it seems too hot.

Actually I think those are Schneider Tractor/Trailers that were falling from the sky.

Oak Limbs Fall Real Good!
Freak little twister looking wind thing dropped down and snapped some huge Live Oak limbs out of the top of our largest tree in the yard, 24 feet in diameter, and some how they landed, touching, but not bringing down as they could have easily done, my drawing room that overlooks the park. The limbs are about two feet across at the point where they broke, one being about 50 feet long and the other about 40 feet. We feel so lucky to have been spared because these type of oak limbs don't stop until THEY hit the ground, easily able to cut a house simply into two sections...................
