Where can I get lock tumblers online (system case re-key)?
Aside from the dealer, does anyone know of a place to get the tumblers online? In rekeying my new system cases to my ignition key I'm short two #3s to match my ignition key. If not I'll call the dealer and take the ride out there. I'm lazy and would prefer to order online.

Do you need complete cylinders, or just the individual pin/drop-ins? The service manager at my local dealer (before they sold) always had a tackle box/pill container in his desk with the drop-ins and would usually swap them people their unwanted pins for pins he had. I don't know if the new service manager would do that, but I haven't needed to ask for some time. Those are the sorts of relationship-building things that, IMHO, keep a dealer in business.
YMMV at your local dealer. Our SM was a cool guy, so I always enjoyed taking the time to visit with him on those sorts of things, even though I disliked the drive down and back.

Just a fyi, I made pins from bicycle spokes, they're still in my saddlebags 8 yrs. later & work fine.

Just need two #3 pins. Ok, I'll head to the dealer to get them. Will leave them out of the tumblers for now. The locks work without them, but might as well have all the pins in there.

Just leave them out, a missing tumbler does not really make any difference unless some one tries to pick the lock, then it is only slightly easier anyway. And the chances of someone trying to pick the locks is virtually non-existant. Locks only keep curious people out, a thief will get them regardless.
