2002 Z3 radio code

I am in a bit of a fix... so, replaced my battery and found out I need to input a 5-digit radio code. I am not the original owner so don't have the card that came with the owners manual.
I was told I need to take the radio out to get the serial number... problem is I stripped the allen key screw on the right side of the radio!! I can't believe my luck!!
So, I removed the plastic siding on the passenger side and see a label with two sets of numbers... neither start with letters, only numbers.
Does anyone know where the serial number is (BMW Business CD)??
The numbers I see are:
7 640 273 342/40/44
2 9968942
