Question Boxster Instruments not working

Hello All:

I have been struggling for a year now with a 1997 Boxster. First the keys were not working properly and ended up replacing the steering column lock mechanism due to the tumbler being stuck. That led to sending off the "new" key and alarm module to be reprogrammed. Now the car will start and run but the instrument cluster is not functioning. Not a single function on the instrument cluster is functioning. I replaced the ignition switch due to the fact that this can cause multiple issues. This did not solve the issue, actually I lost the turn signals as well with the new switch. All the fuses look fine.

Where do I start my diagnostic process at this point?
