Throttle spring tension
Is there a way to install a less stiff spring that controls the throttle valve, as I would like to reduce the foot pressure required to depress the accelerator pedel. My Boxster is a 2001 S.

For your model, no. The throttle pedal is merely a potentiometer - that value is used to drive the servo motor that controls the throttle valve.
