Pulsed Injection or Continuous Injection
Hi,
I have a 2000 S Boxter, in Southern California.... does anyone know if my Porsche is Pulsed Injected or Continuous Injected ? Thanks Rod |

so would that be Pulsed Injected... ? I'm reading a Bosch Fuel Injected Engine Management book and they talk about Pulsed and Continuous, not Sequential...

On a Continuous Injection System (CIS), injectors have no moving parts, hence, no electrical wires connected to them.

Just to clarify the need for "sequential". Porsche has also used "batch fire" systems in the 944's, pulsing all of the injectors together.
