I took out my sonsor, cleaned it and saw thet it was missing the wire, i bought a new one and that one had a missing wire too, now is it normal to not have the wire on some models or did i get ripped off by Bosche? The sensor is bosch f00c2g2055

It's a mitsubishi lancer 2008 2.0 di-d from what i saw on the internet the sensor usualy has that wire connecting the pins, but what i have bought from bosch still has the pins and a diagram how the wire connects them (i guess it was refurbished considering you have to give back the old part)
Could i test this by connecting them with a wire or is that a no no?
