I have water on top of the engine and when I loosened the coolant fill cap it started to drain fluid from under the front of the engine. When I think the water pump went out the other day, it drained all the cooland from the block. The poly belt is not properly aligned on the water pump. Just want to check if there is anything other than the pump that I should be looking at.

If the belt is not aligned, I would guess the water pump is faulty. Pressure test your cooling system to be sure you don't have more than one leak.
